Marianne Petit is a USA Today bestselling author of seven novels in the historical, paranormal, and contemporary romance genres.
A lifelong lover of storytelling, she discovered her passion for writing in high school while devouring Nancy Drew mysteries, Alfred Hitchcock suspense, and historical romances. Her appreciation for history—strongly influenced by her father, Roger, a Frenchman with a deep love of American history—continues to shape her character-driven fiction.
Her first published novel, A Find Through Time, a Native American time-travel romance, was released in 2000.
Marianne currently serves as the 2nd Vice President of the Past District Governors Association for Lions Clubs International, a service organization dedicated to helping the less fortunate, especially the sight and hearing impaired.
She also served as chairman of the New York State Reading Action Program, which promotes literacy worldwide.
Her work has been featured in Long Island Newsday and several local newspapers, and she has appeared on television in connection with A Find Through Time.
Marianne lives on Long Island, New York, and is happily married to the real hero in her life, her husband, Steve. Together they have two sons and four grandchildren.
